  • Boulder Public Library (Main Branch) 1001 Arapahoe Avenue Boulder, CO, 80302 United States (map)

Come volunteer at the Edible Learning Gardens at the Boulder Public Library Main Branch. There are two opportunities to join, April 23rd and May 21st. Both days we’ll be out there from 10am-12pm.
To register, email gayle@wateritwithlove.com

On April 23rd: Help get the garden ready for the upcoming season by cleaning, weeding, and preparing the soil. Wear comfy clothes, sunscreen, and a hat. Volunteers must be able to move around the garden safely. Ages: Teen to Adult.

On May 21st: Garden Craft Day! Come add your creative flare to the garden for the public to enjoy. We’ll be making wish flags and painted lady bug and strawberry rocks for the garden. Ages: Toddler to Adult (Parents must attend with children younger than 13.)

The Edible Learning Gardens are on the Canyon side of the library, located to the north of the art gallery. You can enter the space either through the art gallery by turning right up the ramp and going out the doors - or - you can head towards the outdoor sidewalk that goes up a ramp and enter through the large metal door that leads directly to the garden space.
