Seed Saving 101: How to save seeds from your garden or kitchen scraps

In this class, attendees will learn how to properly harvest, process, and store seeds for flowers, vegetables, fruit, and herbs. Tips will include when and how to harvest seed, tools and materials needed for processing and storing, and then practical and resourceful methods for storage. Create your own seed bank with us in class!



One hour class - 30 minutes of class instruction and 30 minutes of hands-on workshop.  (Attendees should bring a small box such as a recipe box or notecard box for their seed bank)
